Yep, that’s how I was back in the day…not so keen on trying ’em until they were served up at a family meal!
Now they are a light, protein-packed addition to my summertime menus!

I’m not really drawn to the fish taco. However a period of meditation with a Corona or few might get me on track. Worth a shot.

Hi Janis:
I think they were ‘invented’ in your region, too. Though they’ve been around since tortillas came on the scene centuries ago!
This recipe is so amazingly easy and fast and flavoricious…I’m sure you will make this more often than order it at a restaurant (less expensive that way, too!!!)

Fish tacos are a regional classic around here! I usually enjoy them at restaurants rather than make them myself so I appreciate the recipe!
