Yeah, that’s the way it was back then. My folks were adamant that if my bro was a natural leftie, he should be ‘allowed’ to stay that way. Now a days, it’s been proven it really messes up the brain to purposely switch someone’s handedness. If it’s a medical necessity – like injury, etc – that’s a different deal of course.

And he had other issues as he got older, he would be directing his mate from a map in the car, and tell him, “next right” and of course as this mate turned right, he would yell out, not that way “I said right…” then all the laughing would evolve with the map reader getting more and more hopping mad!!!
