“AN HONEST TRIBUTE”—Don’t you think that’s a part of ‘knowing where your food comes from’ that is neglected? Often, once the source of meat is known, the first reaction is to reject eating meat forever…nothing wrong with that decision except to say it could be modified to reflect a sense of honor to the meat-provider in his/her role in the circle of life as provider of human nourishment…Just a thought…
But, personally, I still prefer goat cheese!!!
